In a society obsessed with body image and marked by a worry of fat, Kelli Jean Drinkwater takes part in radical body politics through art. She challenges the general public's perception of bigger bodies by bringing them into areas that were as soon as off limits– from fashion runways to the Sydney Festival– and attracts all of us to look again and rethink our predispositions. "Unapologetic fat bodies can blow individuals's minds," she states.
