  1. Naps as emotional first aid, I’ve been practicing this for years. On another note, when you describe something as the “most evolved” whatever it makes me a lil crazy

  2. When i got checked for the first time to get diagnosed for depression, the primary thing the doctor prescribed me was to get enough sleep. Figures. Thanks for the helpful video!
