Trust is the foundation for everything we do. But what do we do when it's broken? In an eye-opening talk, Harvard Business School professor Frances Frei gives a crash course in trust: how to build it, maintain it and rebuild it — something she worked on during a recent stint at Uber. "If we can learn to trust one another more, we can have unprecedented human progress," Frei says.

This is GOLD. This is LifeChanging. THANKS a million ! You just made someone’s life.
Trust is a wire made up of different feelings and values from two human beings. If it’s broken, it can be joined back, but it can never be the same again..
Superb message. Thank you for sharing this.

Stopped at 6:00 …. Felt its rambling…
That is a useful video when trust between people is getting smaller especially in nowadays.
To much over-generalized, over-intellectualized, new-age babble
Charlie X sorry for your lack of intellect. Learn to understand the world around you without being held by the hand forever

People stuck in their ways are always criticising so called “new age” theories. It’s evident that as the human race grows, their knowledge and understanding grows. I hope your not in a too bad of a place to realise that.
she’s such a beautiful soul
I think I struggle the most with Authenticity, but I find that my authentic self isn’t very fun to be around. I’m usually moody and volatile, but I try to suppress it and be happier and smile more. Personally, it doesn’t work, and people frown and scowl at me more when I smile and try to be polite.
Paulo Salazar omg, I have the same issue!
Paulo Salazar have you tried having a morning routine? Taking an hour as soon as you wake up to nourish yourself, don’t look at your phone or the t.v., drink tea/coffee/water etc to get you started, thank God for all he gives, stretch, etc just take that hour and nourish your soul after that hour you are ready to start your day and to receive the world in a more tranquil stable place. Maybe consider intermittent fasting all of this has helped me a lot I hope it helps you also, blessings!
you simply can’t
I always experience that people HATE logic when it’s not for them, but against them. People hate being told that they’re wrong. And then they won’t trust you because you don’t agree with them all the time. People easily forget that everyone needs a ‘mirror’…
Telling someone they are wrong is the hardest way to change their mind. Humans are vein creatures.
in this crowded and too-busy day and age, not only do we need to hear the strangeness, we need to make room for it in our square, crystalline, stuck monotony (platforms, time, real resources). The drawback is that same unpredictability can heighten anxiety. A sense of balance and perceptivity are going to be critical skills, in leadership and otherwise, going forward. (Please explain to me why these skills aren’t being taught in public schools.)
My favorite trait is redemption too. I hope this goes viral.
