@GREDENIAND well now, here is the problem: TED has been broadcasting entertainment-related content (referring to music mostly) for 11 years now which coincedes with the date of the oldest video on this channel. Do you mind to tell me when this timeframe is located that I am not aware of where this was not the case?
Overall (for both Kommentator-T3rminator and GREDENIAND) there is a simple solution for this: you are in no way or form obligated to consume this content you have not paid anything for so there is nothing that might eventually prevent you from just not watching it. There is no harm done to either you or TED if you unsub if you do not think the channels contents does not align with your interests anymore, you will have more time on your hands and TED will be spared the toxicity of perpetual whiners.

so, you understand that “entertainment” is no absolute but something that is subjectively felt? seriously, I get it that you people only want to consume your daily dose of free scientific stuff you paid nothing for which absolutely is a legitimate reason to boycott a channel that has been broadcasting non-scientific (in short “entertaining”) stuff for 11 years now (which is actually the date of the oldest existing video on this channel in case you are curious).
