Health care workers are under more stress than ever before. How can they protect their mental health while handling new and complex pressures? TED Fellow Laurel Braitman shows how writing and sharing personal stories helps physicians, nurses, medical students and other health professionals connect more meaningfully with themselves and others — and make their emotional well-being a priority.

  1. We humans need to find a technology to remove politicians out of our life’s ! And people who need them should pay them for their own pocket !

    • I felt the same way then I figured out it isn’t the politicians that were bothering me. It was me watching the news and bringing all that drama into my life on my own. Cut the cord, stop watching the news, stop watching YouTube clips, social media etc. You’ll see how much stress you’ve just removed from your life by removing things you think you need in your life daily in this modern day society. You need none of it.

    • Does anyone else like to put slices of grilled hot dogs inside their bowl of cheetos soaked in diet Pepsi like I do

  2. How are nurses going to have time for writing and telling stories, when they’re already incredibly busy choreographing elaborate tiktok videos?
