What is the “Collective’s” thoughts on the targeted community? “Mind” you must understand that their brains are being used and the story is coming from a place they themselves do not understand. We/They are really telling the truth as well as one can in a situation of a branch of MKUltra of which it/we are. this goes back many decades. The French ,or any other nation, need only look to Switzerland for a tried and tested example of a Direct Democracy system. If that model were adopted the Gilets Jaunes would then be enabled to put into effect popular demands through their own participation in the System.
