  1. Currently I dont believe in a one-size firs all food plan for all people. Muscle testing can guide you to what is most appropriate ( or not) for each individual. Btw it’s essential amino acids not “protein” per se which our bodies cannot produce within our bodies & must then source this elsewhere. Woukd be ibtetestingvto hear a duscussion about Eat (and live a lifestyle) Fir Your Blood Type.

  2. Not to be against what you are saying, however I cannot help but wonder how our american indian friends managed to fair with un-chemicalized buffaloe??? I think the general posioning of our food supply is more important than where you may get your protein…. which has been going on more than a hundred years… It’s a wonder any of us live healthy and long lives…

  3. So here’s the thing. I was a vegetarian for 27 years. 8 years ago I started getting very sick and recently was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. I now cannot tolerate legumes, grains or soy. I still don’t eat eggs or dairy or chicken or beef but have had to begin eating fish. I am starting to recover a bit and feel like I have my life back. I HATE that I have had to switch my diet. Protein has been key to my recovery. I wish it wasn’t this way but I have come to realize it really isn’t one size fits all. I am hoping to heal enough to begin eating legumes and grains again. But with an autoimmune disease I am not so sure.

    • I suggest not to be a martyr for your diet. Legumes, grains and soya make everyone ill for good reason. They are toxic. I played around with vegetarian and vegan diet until I too realised it made me sick and weak. Eat as your unique ancestors did. Anything else is a ticket to an impaired, illness ridden life. https://youtu.be/95zl2Rritsw

  4. It’s also kinda nice not killing animals for food. We live live in a world of supermarkets, farmers markets, etc hunting and gathering is not necessary.

  5. People are obese because carbs are cheap and plentiful. Switching calorie intake from carbs to protein is much healthier. You knocking animal protein is just you trying to justify your religion of a plant based diet. Everything in moderation always ends up being the best advice.
