That is the plan for our next presidential elections, but has not happened yet. Regional elections took place a few weeks ago and very few voted but the ones who did, did not need a “pass sanitaire”. Today 1st of August is the official day of our government’s new policy and absurd laws… But we are not giving up!! Our demonstrations are planned as soon as tomorrow, since this week, this “pass sanitaire” will be discussed by our Conseil Constitutionnel from the 2nd August to the 4th. All big towns are invited to join in and people asked to gather in front of their city halls. Do we expect our Conseil Constitutionnel to stop this nonsense? NO, we do not! And their decision will lead to more demonstrations. But people are “waking up” at last!

@Kelf If you Google smoking and covid19 then most likely one of the first articles that will come up is from the Lancet claiming that smokers at more risk. God its such a misleading headline.
Most wont read the article and the whole article is based on smokers being more social and not on actually smoking.
The number one take away here is that nicotine is a medicine for certain things such as respiratory illness.
Also the people smoking in very early days did not smoke tobacco with pesticides and multiple added chemicals.
The reason they had those old advertising showing that it stopped respiratory illness was probably because it did back then.

Anyone who understands dialectics knows that the answers Insider gave were designed to force/provoke others to ask questions which went to the core of the matter. I was just in France – got home yesterday- the people there want NONE OF THE GOVERNMENT CONTROL. They are very protective of their rights and are pissed- they want Macron OUT!! Every French person I spoke to was against the government mandates/ they feel they are getting their liberties taken away!
