Floyd mural destroyed by lightning strike in Toledo Ohio a couple days ago.

@Sonny Topboy My neighbor’s brick chimney got hit by lightning. Tore the chimney up, and made skid marks on chain link fence. And took out my computer! Lightning strikes odd places and does odd things. It seems to choose it’s victim. My uncle told me when he was young, he was standing w/2 other guys inside a door stoop. Lightning struck all 3 of their trousers diagonally, so holes were burned into their pants. Lightning can do some weird stuff. A friend of mine was struck by lightning, just her- not anyone else around her, on her leg. After, her leg would jerk for no reason at odd times. So yes, I think it was lightning that blew Floyd’s face out of the mural. And there are witnesses.
Maybe we should stop depending on the government and corporations. Stop buying things that end up in landfills, live a more simple life. But no, greed runs too deep and laziness is a strong character trait.
Luke, you’re a helluva lot more prepared for if SHTF happens than Tim ever will be.
