I pretty much watched the entire dog and pony show it was about 6 hours of total bull crap. He just sat there and lied the entire time and not a damn thing will done about it. Called “prosecutorial discretion”. No citizen has any Right to prosecute another for an alleged violation of criminal law. That POWER rests firmly with the district attorneys and AG (Federal). In point of fact, law enforcement has no duty (other than implied) to even respond to an alleged criminal act. Bottom line? “Crime” and “prosecution” is political … and … can only be remedied at the ballot box. Another reason for “no borders”?

If there is enough public outrage, prosecutions have gone forward even on the
flimsiest of evidence or even when evidence to the contrary is exposed.
When prosecutors make their careers off of convictions, they are willing to
do pretty much anything even prosecutorial misconduct.
Which seems to never be used to disbar such injustice.
The criminal justice system has somehow become a hypocrisy of the privileged
few, without accountability or oversight.
I had a case in Superior Court where the clerk REFUSED to give the case a case number. My case was in a cardboard box on top the clerk’s filing cabinet. Even the associate clerks at the window didn’t buy it … that is .. .until I pointed to the cardboard box sitting atop of the filing cabinets. Filed a complaint with the state judicial commission. Result? Nothing. Crickets. Then … not long after that … a judge told me in open court he didn’t care what the law said (request for judicial notice of a statue). WTF? So … it’s all entertainment … for them. Oh .. in another case … the person who signed the order wasn’t even an employee at the time. That didn’t stop the trial court from going forward. Filed appeal … respondents didn’ t file a brief .. default? No. Court ruled for them and against me…even though I filed a timely, on-point appeal brief. That is the system. Entertainment for them .. not for us.

IMHO: Trump is the finisher. He’s bringing the One World. I saw him say something about no tariffs so its free trade across the board. WTF???????
