i don’t know if you can, it depends of your constitution, here in Mexico our constitution says that you can ask for your share of public money but do the town major job and police job yourself, is not that they don’t have gov, they asking to do the gov job for themselves, so this place have gov, but the job is run by the community who administrate the tax payer money their own, i have no idea if the USA constitution allow that, i will be surprise if yes…

I’m very interested in Politics below the Border (I’m in Northern Canada so both borders I guess)
Especially since the release of Ghost Recon Wildlands (yes it’s a game I know but it really brings up how complicated the issues are.. and that even when dealing with a Narco State controlled by a vicious Cartel, simply “Killing them all and letting God sort them out” is not an action that actually helps things.
