I am so glad people are finally starting to talk about this. I have friends who did tours in Afganistan who told me about how they were ordered to guard poppy fields. (Three separate friends, who never met one another, all in different units, in Afganistan at different times or in different regions from one another. It’s well known to everyone but the public.) The heroin is one of the MAIN reasons we are there.
My gramma (born 1901) told me how cocaine was put in coke n cough syrup n such in the 20’s . Herion has been around during that time as well.
