If you’re sick or afraid of getting sick for any reason – don’t go out or limit going out in public and wear a mask. It’s that simple.
Now mind your own business and let everybody else make their own decisions. People are aware of the possibility of getting sick from this virus, the flu, pneumonia, etc. So do your thing, let them do theirs, and stop being so damn judgmental about what people want to do.

Actually, isolation is when you restrict the movement of sick people. Quarantine is to keep the healthy people from getting sick from those in isolation.
