Hey Brendan, this is honestly just what I’ve needed. I feel like I have to make adjustments in my life but at the same time I stand in my own way because I have a pre formed image of myself, a box if you will, which I will not step outside of. I feel like in my head there is a voice telling me “hey , you don’t do that” and I continue about my daily habits. But it’s a new day, time to step out of the box and become the person I want to be, not the person I think I am

It was publish in 2006 and this is the 10th Year Anniversary re-release. The golden ticket in the end of the new book is very meaningful
