I avoid burnouts with meditation. For the first 20 mins of my day and the last 20 mins of my day I sit down in a designated spot, focus on my breathing and watch my thoughts. I’ve been doing it for 4 years and the effects of it have been amazing. I overcame ADHD, switched up my diet and became clear on my purpose in life. Great video Brendon.
+berryfairy68 Hello! When I began meditating it was like I over time I naturally began to resonate with eating more nutrient rich food, which then gave me more energy. From meditation I was able to focus naturally and get rid of taking adderall for good. Then from that point I began to find out more about who I am in the sense of what my purpose is in life and began to feel a desire to pursue that in the form of creating videos and content. All in all it was like meditation fueled all the others and made the transition easier. 🙂 Much Love!
That’s a great achievement. Congratulations!
+Aaron Doughty Getting into meditation, and making it a part of your schedule can be tough, over the past couple of years I have tried many times and failed. But I indeed do know that this would work, and this would also be my preferred method, because it is just so good to have a waking moment with yourself and just yourself.
He reminds me of Chris Traeger on Parks and Recreation (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ
Thank you, I needed this. College feels like a constant burnout for me…partly because I don’t feel completely passionate about the degree I’m working towards. These videos help me gain focus and push through, thank you.
Great advice as usual!

what a great piece of advice
My sleep schedule is much better these days. I’m glad I learned the importance of sleep. Thanks for the reminder, Brendon!
Also, I’m trying to make videos about personal growth on my channel and I would appreciate it if you guys check them out and subscribe?
Listening to this videos every morning/afternoon has helped me be more aware and help me control my mind, and this video came just in time because i am borderline sick and burned out. But i will fix that with 8 hrs instead of my usual 7. And my only help is listening to this videos so thank you brother for this phenomenal contribution..
Brendon, I have followed you for years. You are the “master” of telling it like it is. Your shares do work in life when applied. There can be a million reasons not to do something, but you always stay true…YES you can. Love it! I am sharing this video.
Thanks for Sharing!
The comment about sleep is on point. It’s crazy how few people sleep 8 hours/night. I’m one of them who doesn’t. Trying to change that.
Do you think that games is one of the causes that cause burn outs?
Great advice, I end up saying yes all the time, made me realize I can or should say no. Life and wellbeing is a hard balance to achieve, thanks for this video, subscribed!
How to avoid burnout do not press front brake and throttle at the same time
Thank you for this video. Very helpful. 🙂
You’re so good!!
The burnt out is real. My mind is ready to explode and my body is in so much pain. I need more sanity that’s for sure. No more burn out please!
Scheduling time for e-mails is such a good tip!
I’m teaching my viewers how to know when it’s time to take a break vs. when it’s time to push through as an Entrepreneur. I’m going to link to this video for them as well. Thanks for the great info!
Is burnout stress only related to work /job ? Please answer. The other types of stresses can cause burnout or not ?
Mushkbar Ahmed, I’ve been burnt out from hobbies, pushing myself too hard.
Mushkbar Ahmed school and uni stress can definitely cause it too.
More sleep 8 hrs.
