CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING PIE
1/2 cup coconut milk (complete fat).
1 tablespoon. unsweetened cocoa powder.
1 tablespoon. maple syrup.
1 tbsp. chia seeds.

In a little blending bowl or spouted glass cup, integrate coconut milk, cocoa powder and maple syrup and mix until everything is included. Carefully stir in chia seeds and transfer to a large mouth mason jar. Pop on the lid and cool for a minimum of four hours. Serve with your preferred toppings and take pleasure in.

* optional toppings: Greek yogurt + graham crackers + raspberries.
