I have been SO excited to share this recipe with the C&D Fam! Pancakes are a favorite in our house and I LOVE having nutritious alternatives to traditional pancakes that I know my whole family will love. Can’t wait to hear what you think. XO-Dani
Following from Kenya… I’m just in love with all your dishes…
Hello Diana! Thank you for your support all the way from Kenya!! So amazing. I appreciate you being here 🙂
I would like to try the almond flour pancakes and my toppings are almond butter, strawberries and sunflower seeds.
That sounds amazing Samantha! I hope you enjoy them.
Can I use flax eggs as replacement for eggs? Also replace topioca starch with collagen powder or psyllium husk powder?
I’m not sure that the flax eggs would work… I would def be curious to try, but haven’t yet! As for collagen or psyllium, I’ve never tried to bake with either. Do you use them as thickeners?
+Clean & Delicious They both have binding properties.
coconut flour! I bought some awhile ago and didn’t know what to use it for
Yay!! Enjoy it.
COCONUT! Any thoughts on sugar-free syrup though for a more Keto-friendly pancake, like Lakanto Syrup with monk fruit?
If I were going to do a sugar free syrup, that is exactly the one I would choose 🙂
I have been making mine with a combo of almond and coconut flour, but they don’t always hold together, so I am thinking I should not combine them. I also use powdered buttermilk in mine. Wondering if you have tried that. I am going to try both your recipes. I love your channel.
The tapioca flour really helps to bind the batter! Perhaps you should give that a try! Let me know how it goes.
Love the pancake recipes! Totally off topic, have you found jarred olives you like for ingredients other then the Trader Joe’s ones?
I have a question ! Can you use corn starch instead of tapioca starch ? And in same quantity ?
Thanks for the recipes! I have been ecstatic using Bob’s Red Mill “One to One” (rice & tapioca) flour in place of wheat flour. Waffles, muffins, cookies – amazing!
Thanks for the recipes!!I’m definitely gonna make these tomorrow..I’l probs gonna try the almond flour first and put it in a waffle maker.Blueberries are my fave toppings!
What can I substitute for tapioca flour if I can’t find any (I’m in Australia). Thanks!
