  1. Hello friends! This week we are chatting all about RESPECTING our bodies and why this is SO important on our path to good health! Would love to hear your thoughts below. XO-Dani

  2. This series is helping me so much. Just thinking about food in terms of how it makes me feel (how my body feels) has been life changing. I have a long way to go in weight loss, but I feel like I am now approaching it in a more healthy way. I’ve battle negative self-talk for years, and this series is helping me to make choices in how I treat myself that have me saying more positive things in my mind. Thank you, Dani!

  3. Amazing! Thank you so much. You have been a reason why I’ve started my journey on a healthier life style. Keep it up! Your good intentions are transparent.

  4. That’s interesting you talking about empty the closet with clothes I no longer ware. Now I feel so good I did. Thanks

  5. This is a video I’ll need to rewatch over and over again. Yeah, I struggle with not liking parts of my body and need to work at self acceptance. In the last 20 years or more the Hollywood expectations of perfect bodies (in the era of photoshop) men are also under the expectation and pressure to have the perfect body. The truth is nobody has the perfect body and you don’t need to in order to be healthy and love your self and your body! Great, fantastic video Dani!!

  6. Thank you for this series. You are helping me so much. I must admit, this weeks topic is challenging for me. Definitely some retraining on the way I talk to myself. I have been noticing how I dress affects how I feel about myself. When I am wearing things I love and that fit well, I feel so much more confident. Thanks for the encouragement!

  7. Loving this series!! Thanks for taking the time to film this! I’m pregnant with baby #4 and now thinking about how grateful I am to have a body to grow healthy babies instead of thinking negatively about my body. Love this sweet baby kicking around. Our bodies are absolutely amazing!
