  1. Let’s chat weightloss! Curious what you have found to be most helpful… focusing on commitments or focusing on results!? Let’s explore. XO-Dani

  2. In these dark days, fitness, weight loss, eating right is at the bottom of everybody’s list. People are too busy morning and burying their loved ones. People are in too much pain to think about the number on the scale. Kids are having to Bury their parents and husbands/wives are having to bury their spouse and then try to figure out how in the world they are going to live all alone for the rest of their life.

Doordash and McDonald’s sales are sky high right now because people only care about convenience, comfort food, and making it to the next day.

With the help of the media and state governors keeping the fear alive and keeping everybody inside we can continue breaking all time records of low birth rates in the country so that one day we will eliminate ourselves before covid does.

If only you could see the huge smiles on the faces of the CEOs and product developers from the snack companies when they talk about covid and staying at home. If only one could bottle up that kind of happiness. Those salty snacks they come in the extra big bag is a real life saver. They can catch and hold bigger tears.

  3. Getting through the Holiday season will be a struggle, I am determined to push through to hit my goals, greetings from Australia
