It’s more about everyone going on state paid wages, all employment like recruitment etc will run through the government and on zero hour contracts so when there’s no work for a week, guess what? They can drag you all over the shop to comply with uc type conditions. Probably actually be UC full stop. That way they can control your landlords through you so you have to please the government to please your landlord. Elderly people aren’t in the equation and won’t be affected either way, their payments will stay the same because there’s no future in the enticement of elderly people into an already existing system that’s spreading its wings. It’ll start small of course and before you know it, the lad you have working for you as an apprentice, is paid for through your income you’ll have to connect to the government to employ someone on UC, right now it happens, when all you have to choose from is the system, UC applicants, you will connect your business to the government.
