  1. Eliminate depression by eliminating industrially processed refined grain, legume and seed oils.
Thereafter find oneself “irrationally happy”, viz. for no apparent reason at all.

  2. Even the angels in heaven get depressed. If not they would freeze in their bliss and never grow. So enjoy your depression. It loves you.

  3. Getting bright light, doesn’t mean light that is burning my eyes? Or Does sleeping in my car, by reclining in my drivers seat, its obvious when the day is breaking but its not as if I’m right under the burning sun. I’m extremely cringy my eyes tightly squinted, if I’m in direct sunlight. My eye balls have divers and angled cuts miniscule like a golf ball. Makes my eyes HURT when in direct sun. So I’m in my front seat, very bright but nit direct sun. Dies thus count as being in light and helping my internal body?
