Dr. Mark I watched this video with great Interest and the claims made are pretty intriguing as well, regarding the active components found in food that may have immunomodulatory property. I however have a question, that, since you mention that all these foods possess some of the active ingredients, with a citation to a study with its Impact, would you mention the quantity of the food (all the food mentioned in the video) to be consumed to meet the concentration of the active ingredients studied by the research groups. This I ask because maybe the study you would be citing may have used a pure form of say, glutathione or vit.D, at a particular concentration, to say investigate it’s effect on body. So also mentioning say how much microgram/grams/kilograms of mushrooms we need to consume to have enough vit. D to protect ourselves from diseases, here, COVID-19 will be much more helpful and clear.
Thanks,
GLUTATHIONE IS ABSOLUTELY THE KEY INGREDIENT FOR THE OPTIMAL STRENGTH OF THE IMMUNE SYSTEM AND THE OPTIMAL HEALTH OF THE BODY. THE NUTRITIONAL SCIENCE OF GLUTATHIONE AND HOW TO INCREASE IT’S PRODUCTION IN THE BODY THROUGH PROPER NUTRITION SHOULD BE SERIOUSLY BROADCASTED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, AND IT SHOULD BE COMMON KNOWLEDGE FOR EVERYONE.
What a blast from the past to see my old high school friend Liz’s face pop up in my youtube subscription feed – wow! Great vids – I love your channel.
