  1. By accident, I discovered a “cure” for light induced migraines. Occasionally a bright flash (via sun reflection, strobe light, computer screen etc) will cause “sparkles”, obscuring my central vision. If I don’t do anything – it quickly progresses into full-on migraine, until I finally go to sleep that night. BUT… if I jump on my stationary cycle and do a CAR.o.l protocol (9 mins total, but only 2 x 20 seconds full tilt) the sparkles will calm right down and disappear within just 20 minutes. I do still get a slight headache, but it’s super minor… and NO migraine! Weird.
