The people of PR have to vote to become an official state and the last vote showed an overwhelming 98% of voters supported it. For some unfortunate reason, the 73% of voters who didn’t vote are said to be boycotting the vote. Smells like Uncle Sam’s meddling and manipulation already in the works, if you ask me.

in the US you don’t really own your property though and there are many other reasons to get out then just a dollar collapse. draconian measures will soon be taken in the US and most constitutional freedoms will be suspended, one such freedom probably will be the right to bare arms.

Looks like there’s property taxes in PR also. I also highly doubt the right to bare arms will be suspended. Millions of people would become outlaws overnight… and there’d still be hundreds of millions of guns here. They aren’t going to jail half the US population. I know the threat of doing this is out there… but it’s just not realistic.
