    • Kristina, I need this video ten years ago when I “relapsed” on my vegan diet because we were traveling overseas every couple of months! I first went vegan in 2005 and have been mostly vegan since and totally vegan again for over a year. I think veganism has definitely changed in these last few years and it seems much more doable to be vegan all over the world! This was not the case between 2005 and 2010! Things are changing and we’re so excited to be a part of it! Now we’re raising four vegan kids! The future is VEGAN!

  1. Great video. I have been vegan for 20 years. I just celebrated my big anniversary. I have to agree with you when people say they can’t do what you do and the meat talk.
The whole world is full of meat but people now than ever are making mindful decisions. You’re an inspiration, Kristina!

  3. Fruits and vegetables are the healthiest and they are the MOST healing foods you will ever know. 🙂 whats your top 3 fav or to go fruits?

  4. It’s not always just an excuse Kristina. I have a very rare genetic disorder that makes my body, including the lining of my mouth and GI tract, very fragile. The last raw foods salad I ate sliced my stomach open like I was digesting glass shards and I ended up in hospital. I can only eat very small amounts of well cooked and mashed vegetables, but fiber in general causes me indescribable pain. I don’t digest fat very well either, so I am not able to sustain myself on a vegan diet, even a non-raw one. I incorporate as many plant based foods as I can and I am always happy to try new things, but vegans need to start accepting that this diet does not work for everyone, no matter how hard they try.

    • since you have this sensitivity, do what you can to survive. not what your irrational raw vegan guilts tell you. if you suicide with raw food you wont help anybody.

    • Keylanos Lokj Thank you. I have actually been told by die hard vegans that it would be better for me to die than eat animal products, so it is good to hear that moderate vegans are not thinking of brandishing their pitchforks and burning my house down 😉

  5. so many nasty comments.do not look if you cannot be polite.Kristina looks her age nothing else-And is probably more healty than any of us.
