  1. Can this be done from an Ayurvedic perspective? I would love to participate, but I am currently following the ayuvedic kapha/vata pacifying diet.

    • Yose Mite thats the quickest prep to do though. i mean i would get if you dont have time to let cashews soak or to cut a bunch of veggies but feeding a carrot through a juicer takes like 2 seconds

  2. That was a good idea. It’s more inclusive and gives more options for those who still want cooked foods.
    I’m actually testing your FullyRaw Caesar Salad tonight. The nuts have been soaking and it’s getting close to chow time!
    Update: it was pretty good! I didn’t use as much nuts/seeds so that the herbs were more prominent. I’m from Louisiana…so we spice the hell out of everything.
