1) FEAR. The greatest thing you have to face is fear itself. If fear is your greatest enemy, it's within your power to create a healthier happier you. When you overcome this fear, the rest is easy!
2) HUNGER. Learn your true signs of hunger, and make sure that you ALWAYS have food with you to eat so that you are not left with cravings or reaching for something else.
3) DETOX. Everyone has some type of detox. It passes! Stick with it, be sure to eat enough, and be strong. Once your body begins to cleanse, it gets easier and you feel much better!

Kristina can we drink green or herbal teas??
I prefer green juices if you can since there is more nutritional benefit. <3 đŸ™‚
Or try fruit-infused water with lemon! đŸ™‚
One way you can drink tea without killing the nutrients is to cold soak your tea đŸ™‚ Use fresh tea like fresh sencha tea. Use the recommended amount as you normally would for the tea and water or make a huge batch. Don’t heat the water just let it soak for 15-20 minutes and all the vitamins/enzymes/ nutrients dont die. then you can drink it cold or after its done soaking, warm it to the temperature that doesn’t kill the good stuff. Raw Tea! Yum! Never heat above 120 degrees.

I love chips and salsa…sooooo much!! Â Its that salsa and crunch. Â love to see what you have to offer that will help me change. Â Thank you
+Debra Dahl
A friend of mine makes carrot/beet chips or carrot/chia chips in a dehydrator, out of the pulp from juicing. They’re so good!
My biggest challenge is iron deficiency. I get light-headed and dizzy, pale, low blood pressure, floater poop or diarrhea, and crave hamburger or chicken. When I eat one meal of (quality) meat, my colour gets better by the next day and everything else evens out. That happens about every 2-3 days when I concentrate on eating raw vegan for most of my meals. It also happens if I eat meals with eggs, cheese or fish but try to cut out beef, bison, or chicken for a while. (I don’t eat pork or lamb.) If this is a detox, it’s lasted a year already. Did better on your recipes though!
My biggest challenge is my home, I will have good things to eat and then my hubs will come home with cookies or sprouts twizzlers or something else that isn’t good for me. Â Or when he decides to dabble in the fully raw world and eats the food I have for me or gives it to the kids.
Now when it comes to bananas I have to over stock b/c I use them and 2 of my kids are banana crazy little monkeys so they will eat them all day if you let them. Â
+FullyRawKristina i want to eat mostly raw, but i have IBS. raw vegetables dont usually agree with me & i have an oral sensitivity allergy as well that prevents me from eating things like bananas (those r the worst). any one else ?
love your videos and recipes. do you dehydrate?
its winter here. I want something hot!
I have been raw for 8 days and I feel great!
My biggest challenge is being consistent and buying enough so that I always have ripe fruit.
Yay! I have already started to feel really good! Sleeping better, more energy, and just feeling really positive overall. I am posting videos now too – well if only done one so far lol who else is posting videos of their challenges? Let me know, and watch and like mine and I’ll do the same back. I’d love to connect with some people in Australia doing this and follow each other’s progress!!
Can you possibly crave something you have never tried or seen before? Hmmm? I crave persimmons đŸ™‚
Feeling a difference already. Imxwaking up to less mucus in my throat and less coughing.
Wow, you eat loads!!!! I dont eat nearly that amount….. No wonder I find this hard going!! Thanks for your support….
“Mono-meals” for lunch = so easy, so fast, so yummy!
eating fully raw when the rest of your family isn’t. and they tell you “you shouldn’t eat that much fruit… too much sugar!”
these are things that bother me
It hard when you have to cook for someone everyday…
the junk food in the house is so tempting and challengingÂ
I threw them out and turned off my stove too.
It gets easier every day. đŸ™‚ Thank you so much.
Thank u for being here with us…. Your great encourager jicrj316@aol.com
The social aspect is the hardest. Everyone is a “nutritionist” all of a sudden. Lol
thanks for the tips, Kristina. hugs from Portugal <3
My biggest challenge for going fully raw is the costs. But I feel like it will definitely be worth it in the long run! Thank you for all of your inspirational videos Kristina! They help a lot of people out!
The cost is definitely my biggest challenge. There aren’t any wholesale produce places where I live so I buy a LOT of bananas! ha ha
I am 70% raw for a month now )))
