  1. thanks so much Kino! this is my first attempt in this posture and it was so much fun! I fell over, but I’m learning a lot! I’ve been practicing yoga (ashtanga and others) for almost a year and it’s been a blessing. I’m on omstars with you since Genuary, but I’ve been following you since the beginning of my yoga journey. This challenge is awesome!!!

  3. You were the yoga teacher to make me want to do crow pose and made me not fear it and I got it in one session!! It was amazing and I’m still proud to be able to do this rather easy, but definitely intimidating pose :))) <3
