  1. I’m not one for diets but low carb, no junk food, unprocessed food actually works. I feel like I’m overeating just eating lots of veggies and a protein

  2. Happy Friday my friends! This week I’m back with some more food for thought to help you reach your personal health and weight loss goals! I hope it’s helpful! XO- Dani

  3. Dani, can you do a book series for kids? I would buy it for my own kids and to use in my job of feeding therapy. I just love the way that you explain things.

  4. Thank you! I got tired of reading that my overeating was because I’m dieting too much. I knew why I was over eatting I just didn’t know tools to stop. Thank you ❤️

  5. This is so helpful! I think we are so used to eat when we can according to the school/work schedule and ignore the cues from our body. I need to unlearn old habits and learn what my body wants!
    Thank you for sharing!

  6. I found myself in the “Bad” place in March/April last year and it took me longer than I thought to get back to the “Good” place. Your video is spot on – you are a Champion!

  7. I’m 66 yrs old and my body is starting to show the signs of the effects of being obese. I’ve been on diets since the age of 15. I had at one time a bout of anorexia, what you said of not listening to my internal cues really hit home. As a child I was told what to eat and when. I grew up in a loving home but my Mom grew up poor and I think that’s why she controlled food like she did. Thanks you for this video.

  8. Oh I’m definitely an emotional eater and it’s something I’ve been trying to work on the most. I’m also just trying to learn more about my signals. The hardest for me is leaving food on the plate because I don’t want it to go to waste or stopping when I’m really enjoying the way it tastes.

  9. So appreciated the explanation of emotions. This is the part I find difficult and relate so much to. At times it is overwhelming, but keep on trying to get back into a good head space. When I find myself in this situation again, I can go back and listen to this video for reassurance, Thank you so much,
