  1. Yeeeeeey!!! Can’t wait! I really wanted to start on the second series, but needed some guidance! So happy and relieved now. Thank you, Kino!! Will be on the lookout for the final product of this project!

  2. is ashtanga the most difficult yoga form because I would like to try more complicated yoga’s to challenge myself. And what about yoga that teach breathing exercises, belly (abdominal) control, and how to control your heart rate (for long distance running and swimming). I’ve also heard that there were some techniques that showed you how to control your inner body temperature as well (I think that’s more Tibetan “Tummo Meditation” or “Tummo Yoga” I just heard Tibetan’s do this form of yoga). Since you are a master yogi do you know of any yoga forms out there like these. I’m an athlete and an aspiring yogi and I’d love to have a competitive edge with my athletics.
