I love and i’m not joking
I hear that. Who wouldn’t?
you are a beast kino.. that’s for sure… so, ever meet david swenson…? he is like the one who taught me the primary ashtanga series.
LOL JOJOE
“Strength takes however long it takes.” So true. Thanks, Kino.
Will try this one instead of the two-legged one; might be perhaps a bit easier to build that extra core strength I seem to be lacking. My core is strong, but still not strong enough to do certain postures.
Very impressive balance. I normally do calisthenics & handstands for general fitness but I’m impressed with your videos & skills. I subbed your channel & liked the facebook page. Keep up the awesomeness!
i am a fan of you channel but instead of calling it a handstad press one leg at a time isinit call a handstad
handstand
Okay, so how do men start with flexibility. As soon as I tried to follow your technique (i am a begginer) I realized 3 things: 1: I dont have enought flexibility to do the intial hand and foot stance to begin bringing the leg up. 2. I tried bringing my leg up and i felt like my hamstring where about to get pulled. 3. This made me think that i would loose balance easely so I stopped. How can i start with flexibilty, especially the hamstrings
I would like to do the Van Damme leg stretch,( or something close to it, we are different so i might not get as far as he did) where should i begin
How can one improve the leg lift? Like “linguistaforever” said, I can’t extend my leg far enough back with the other on the floor. I can do downward facing dog but how can I improve the leg to go back further like you can
Try working on splits, that should help 🙂
I really love to practice yoga and am thinking to perfect the split so its easy to do the other position.. I love u kino
Very nice teaching kino I love you
