  1. Hi Kino!! I have some discomfort with danhurasana; The bones in the front part of my pelvis hurt as they are in contact with the ground. Am I doing anything wrong? Is there something I can do about it?

  2. espectacular soy un practicante de HAPKIDO y creo que el complemento de estas dos disciplinas es genial lo único es que no hablo ingles jajaj

  3. Hi Kino, what is the action that is taking place between the shoulder blades? Many teachers say squeeze the shoulder blades together but could this be too compressing against upper spine? I try to roll my shoulders forward then back and down and this seems to help. Does that sound like healthy technique? Thank you!

    • Actually she is wearing clothes – can’t you see? If you don’t like the way she is dressed, don’t watch her videos. Also a yoga guru isn’t around to ‘teach’ anyone what to wear. They teach yoga. Kino has committed almost 20 years of her life to practicing and teaching yoga all over the world and if her ‘clothes’ is all you’re interested in then you are obviously on the wrong channel.

    • First of all I am least bothered of watching any of her video here. There are hundreds of Yoga Gurus here in India.
Secondly, read some Hindu Vedic scriptures before calling any random person a ‘Guru’.

  4. While your postures are perfect but it would help us if you could explain the benefits of each asanas and its counter pose, if any. Thanks. Keep up the good work.
