You seriously inspire me to be the best everyday I practice yoga
what in the sweet hell are you talking about?
Thanks, I did, but you do not ship outside US 🙁
Hi there, the ferry travels from Koh Samui to Koh Phangan to Koh Tao, so you’ll definitely be able to visit Koh Samui! The islands are north to south one after another or vice versa beginning with Koh Tao and ending with Koh Samui. All the best with planning your travel! HAVE FUN!
Thanks, are you from Thailand?
I am so excited that I’m coming to your workshop on Tuesday 13th! Please could I have a picture with you and please could you sign my book? 🙂
No, I am from Malaysia. 🙂 I went to Koh Tao in 2010. It was cheap as chips! Koh Samui is the most famous among the three in terms of attracting lots of travellers, it has super fancy accommodation at affordable prices. Koh Phangan is famous for its crazy Full Moon parties. Koh Tao is the hidden treasure. Although, there may be some changes since it has been 3 years. 🙂
I may visit Malaysia to but not sure where to go yet. I prefer country and beaches than cities although it would be nice to see Kula Lumpa
thankyou, I can’t wait! 🙂
Great demo! Thank you Kino! I wanted to ask you if you have ever experienced pain in your wrists from doing so many arm balances, jump backs and handstands? I have developed chronic pain in one wrist to the point where it hurts to do any movement with downward pressure on my carpals, even wheel. Thank you!
Thank you, Kino! I’m excited to work with you soon in Asheville =)
Amazing Strength and control at :55 !!!
That’s interesting because my yoga instructors all tell me to spread my fingers as wide as I can. I’ve only been practicing for 2 months and feel strain in my wrists. I’ll try to spread more gently and see if that helps.
again with the breath taking shape n motion of your feet
Hi kino
Hi kino. Two things. 1. I notice you shortened your down dog stance…is that key to getting the height on your jump through and hold? So if I’m much taller then should I do the same to get that height? 2. How do you balance jet lag and maintaining a good practice with your busy travel schedule and diff time zones?
Also kino once you get the height is it the bhanda and breathe that keeps your body high and light?
That’s a lot of questions! Please submit more lengthy questions like this via my website contact form. Check out my video on yoga for travel and jet lag tips for the answer to your second question. For the downward dog question try it out and see what works.
Yes, in addition to balance and strength in the shoulder girdle.
Absolutely Beautiful
