  1. thats very true!!…i 1st started 1 day a week for abt 8months and when i started my TTC 2hrs i moved on to not eating meat…occasionally fish. Now everytime i step out to eat i think abt what i eat and how i would feel after and naturally i choose vegetarian..:)

  2. Thank you for posting. I’m glad when yoga teachers talk about an ahimsa diet. I have been vegetarian (vegan) for 12 years. I find it simple to follow, and I never crave meat. I always feel energized and pure. vegweb.com is a great place for recipes.

  3. Thanks for sharing light.
Would u tell an example of what u eat a normal day with approximate quantities?
Maybe talk about sources of energy in the food a bit. If possible, with no supplements on diet, like artificial proteins?

I’ll appreciate your input. Best regards.

  4. Thanks a lot. I’m suscribed now waiting for it. ;P
Contrary to what people think: Not only of salads live the vegan.
Hurry or I’ll die of hunger !

  5. Thanks 🙂 do we need to do anything special regarding lack of of B12 in a vegetarian diet? How about milk? eggs? hey I have another question hopefully you can touch on that in a different clip … how do we isolate the lower abs for mula bandha and still breathe normally and fully. Right now, I find it so difficult to do that because the whole abdo wants to contract and breathing is hindered.

  6. You won’t have a lack of B12 in an ordinary vegetarian diet, because it’s found in eggs and cheese. However, if you become a vegan there is a real chance you may become deficient in B12. Vegans can get this from some breakfast cereals and yeast extract (marmite).

  7. It is astonishing that you do not see a difference between “killing” a plant and killing an animal….
Try to read The China study – quite an eye opener with regards to the relationship between animal protein consumption and a host of diseases.

  8. Hello Kino
Can u write an example day what do u eat rec to ur vegetarian diet…
U dont eat meat but do u eat eggs, or drink milk etc?
    Thank u
    x

  9. You seem to be confused as to what the word “vegetarian” means. If she is talking about vegetarianism she obviously isn’t talking about reducing the consumption of red meat but eliminating red meat all together. I’ll help you, vegetarians do not eat the flesh of any living thing. If you think eating a plant is equivalent to eating a pig I don’t know what to tell you.

  10. Hello,
Kino, you are talking all the time that you follow a vegetarian diet. In that diet you can eat seafood etc… Do you eat fish then and drink milk? Or you are a vegan? It is a bit confusing for me. Please explain it. Thank you x

  11. a vegan doesn’t eat anything with a face. :). vegetarian doesn’t eat meat/fish/chicken…. they do eat dairy … .. kinda double standard but life is about choices and everyone must “tweak” their diet to suit their bodies.. what works for you.. may not work for me..

  12. Consuming dairy is even worse energetically… At least in the meat industry they die… Dairy cows endure continuous suffering… Dairy has much worse karma than meat… Hypocrisy, if you ask me… A vegan diet is the ethically correct choice…
