  2. Wow, amazing, impressive, and all of the rest I’m too lazy to type. So this is mind, body, breath in harmony! I could see your back muscles prepping to do the next pose and ok a second ago they were relaxed, now engaged, hahaha made me realize I was slouching so I sat up! My ballet instructor would have killed me if she had seen that! Thanks for the reminder to stay aware. Namaste
