  1. love it when you jump back 🙂  .    i cant do youga 4 my injurys .  but i jump back when i do some push ups  hahahaha  namaste 🙂

  2. I have quite a gut. I think many positions in Yoga are super hard if not impossible if you have a gut. Many positions involve sucking in the stomach and squeezing in the thighs to your chest. I am trying to lose the weight, but it is a slow process. Great job as usual!
