  2. I had practiced handstands often for a little over a year before comming across your videos on youtube.Your advise took my hand stands to a new level. Thanks, love all your videos

  3. Merry Christmas and a New Year filled with joys, hopes and dreams renewed.Greetings from Jacareí-São Paulo-Brazil

  4. I gave myself HS for my 55th birthday. I simply committed to practicing for a few minutes each day. I consider it separate from my yoga practice, but it builds strength from your fingertips to your hips. Most importantly, it is FUN! Like Kino says, it’s a journey, first a HS hold, then straddle press, pike press, HS push up, it never ends ….

  5. beautifully said!

Kino, have you worked w/ students w/ a slipped disc or sciatica problems and what do you recommend? I’m out on my back now for a few days + it’s painful and frustrating b/c I want to keep practicing. I guess this is part of the journey too 

    Happy New Year!
