  2. We love you. So pay little attention to my specificity:
    thigh bone = femur. Please say “greater trochanter”; as there is also a lessor trochanter located on the femur. I’m jealous I can’t move to FL & study at your studio.

  3. Just found you this is great, I have just got into ballet again as an adult & realise that physical movement of dance & stretching is really helping me on many levels & I’d love to try yoga.

  4. I adore you and your practice, Kino! This video targets my biggest challenge… for some reason, I am an extremely flexible person in my entire body except in my hips! I also have had a lifetime of ankle sprains, causing them to hurt or lock up whenever I begin to get close to lotus… Any suggestions? Thank you in advance 🙂
