Yoga Wisdom — The Search for Truth

Satya is the Sanskrit word for truth and one of the goals of yoga is the cultivation of discriminative discernment, which is the ability to decipher what is true and what is untrue. As you practice yoga you are able to see more clearly. In this day and age it really feels like we need to be able to see the truth for ourselves and weed out fake information. So let’s all practice yoga and cultivate satya.
