I gave up.. or maybe this is what i meant to do..I won’t go back to college neither will i go find a job.. I will stay at home in this little city.. no friends, no lovers except my son, i will just read books in my room beside taking care of my son, work out when i can do so, masturbate from time to time and try to become a Breatharian. Thank you depression.
And when you work out, approach someone. Ask them for help for this or that, or about diet. What do they suggest eating after a workout? Are they vegetarian/vegan? Starting a conversation can lead to many things, whether it’s a friendship or just thinking about something interesting they said. Social interaction, even for the introverted and reserved, is important. Chase your passions, and keep your body healthy. If you can’t do it for yourself, then do it for your son. And slowly, you’ll learn to love yourself too <3
Halima2016 I was at same stage as you. I moved to northern Canadian community away from everything.. At winter there is no sun. Yet I found love. I met man that changed my perspective about life.

Conciousness is something that we have know idea how works. Therefore we don’t know what is required.
