Joe sits down with Mark DeNicola to talk about his experiences with psychedelics. The two dive into an exploration and deep questioning of the purpose of psychedelics. The intention was to ground the subject of psychedelics, bring clarity to it and get to the nuts and bolts of what they can be for beyond the 'trippy' experience. Are they right for you? Find out!
Very helpful and insightful as I am just back from my first Ayahuasca experience just about two weeks ago, it was a very beautiful and tuff journey, but after one week I have crashed and am stuck here. I have realised that I have messed up and not kept the the diet and actually slipped into my old ways, even worse than before the experience and I just feel crushed.
Sorry to hear that Scott, but really glad this conversation helped. Don’t be too hard on yourself, it’s not always easy to implement big life changes and break old habits. The important thing (for me anyway) is to focus on WHY you’re doing what you’re doing, visualize what your life will be when you reach your goals. And if you fall down, just get up and get back at it 🙂 Best of luck on your journey!
Thanks so much Scott! As far as other advice goes, diet is a tricky one, and each person is different so I have to be careful about giving blanket advice. So many areas to investigate and see what works best for you. ie. Veganism, intermittent fasting, and so much more. I personally find when I mix intermittent fasting with a healthy diet I get great results and have lots of energy, but to each their own. You have to find what works best for you 🙂
Collective Evolution I am vegan, never tried intermittent fasting yet, although I have done a couple of prolonged fasts. I guess now is a good time for it! Thank you very very much. For the replies and advice. Much love!
No prob at all, happy to help! Awesome, let us know how it goes 🙂 Much love!
