The economy is more important to me. Elders and immune compromised stay home. The healthy and young keep working and have guidelines! Mask in public, social distancing, and the take the money instead of giving it for free use to build extra hospitals for spikes. We have to find a middle ground. And we cant let the govt take away our rights.

Every year we live blissfully while millions die to easily identifiable, and in many cases, avoidable deaths. But now we’ve placed a label on one of them and everyone freaks out.

@Keith Whitty I don’t see anything indicating that. It only shows projections for 2020 of death rates going up from 9.398 per 1000 to 9.413 per 1000. With populations of 66,650,000 in 2019 and 66,886,000 in 2020, that means deaths are projected to increase from 626,376 in 2019 to 629,598 in 2020. Also there’s a big banner at the top saying COVID deaths do not factor in.
