@Brad Becker what you are describing is not government. It’s a mutually agreed upon contractual security force, WHICH IS THE OPPOSITEOF GOVERNMENT. If government does not have the right to do anything which an individual does not have the right to do, it ceases to be “government” by definition.

Animals don’t have rights because they cannot be persuaded by means of logic and rational linguistics, same goes for the unborn. Only living beings with volition can demand rights.

@Vikingsword34 training is not the same as persuading free action.. and algorhythmic programming from a cow’s limbic and autonomic systems do not count as volition and reasons to desire life. Sure, a cow acts to live.. similarly to how our fight or flight responses are programmed. It does not however, have the capacity to argue with me for why it should have rights. Brad Becker The constitution is pretty clear. The rights list in the first 10 amendments are natural and cone from our creator. The constitution says we gave these rights already and the government will protect them and prevent anyone from taking them from us. That’s the biggest confusion over the constitution. It doesn’t say the government will grant them it says the government will protect them. That means if anyone including government officials tries to stop you from having these rights the government will step in and prevent that from happening. That is actually the governments purpose for existing. To protect our rights. This is something they no longer do and actually allow businesses to strip us of those rights. When your company fires you for something you say the government is suppose to punish them for taking away your first amendment. That is what the constitution says period. It hasn’t been followed in decades maybe even 100 years. We no longer have a constitution.
