Being healthy is not just about preventing disease; it’s about living a life of vitality and energy. It’s about getting to do what you love every single day.
In this video, my guests and I discuss a few other steps to losing weight & burning body fat. Achieving optimal health doesn't just require focusing on your diet, but also on managing stress, getting better sleep, and many other lifestyle behaviors.

@Ashley Tadlock god bless you for your ignorance. you do not understand that alot of people have stomach issues because of bad gut flora. and pesticides and alot of non organic issues contain these with other plant toxins. seeds and nuts are not a healthy way to get protein. many vegans are fatigued and depression wonder why? meat is very essential to human health. if you dont understand this you have no business trying to help other people.
@Daphne BN is that a joke? Humans have been eating meat from a million years ago to this current day. It’s not meat that’s the problem it’s grains, processed, gluten and low fat diets that are causing disease. Lmao wow the ignorance is unreal
In January 2021 I gave up carbs and sugar and added real butter to my meals. Since then my appetite, which has been out of control my whole life, has returned to normal. Even my thinking ability has improved. My ability to focus has increased. My mood is much happier. My skin looks younger. I dropped 20 pounds the first two months. I have not gained it back! Every day I fit in my clothes. No more fluctuation! My puffy ankles are now skinny and my normally painful days are pain free. I now believe sugar and carbs are my enemy.
