The Link Between COVID, Inflammation, and Aging

Did you know that 88% of people are metabolically unhealthy, including the 75% of Americans that are overweight? ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Abnormal cholesterol, high blood pressure, and high blood sugar are all signs of not being metabolically healthy. This is even more important in the age of COVID-19 because the biggest risk factors for serious disease and death from COVID-19 are being overweight, obese, or suffering from an age-related chronic disease. ⁣⁣⁣

I go further into discussion on how we can change our health along with my colleagues at The UltraWellness Center in my latest docu-series, the Longevity Roadmap. 1. There’s more to this “metabolically” unhealthy story! Enter cholesterol! Our body USES cholesterol to HEAL and FIGHT INFECTION among other functions…. if you have healthy cholesterol that is considered high you’ll be “STATINATED” … so now you’re at greater risk because an intelligent person decided your cholesterol requires reduction! People are so uneducated that they are buying their own demise.

    • That’s untrue. The virus can’t move unless its host moves it. If everyone stays home that means those that are infected can only spread it to those they live with.

  2. Why…why…why does our government, Fauci, or most academic medical authorities do not mention anything like this ..? It’s so obvious that so many people are metabolically susceptible. Authorities even tell us not to take or even measure our Vitamin D levels … of blood sugar levels … or maybe just eat fresh fruits and veggies.. No … just treat us like cattle and simply wear a mask ! Even the mask hasn’t been through a double blind placebo scientific trial !

  3. This is the kind of messaging we needed at the beginning of this. Hope you don’t get too censored or deplatformed for speaking common sense!

  4. It makes some sense, but it’s not all factual. Examples of many healthy people dying as well. Let’s not make general statements.

  5. This is spot on. I’m 64 and have no fear of getting sick. Eat a mostly carnivore diet, walk daily, feel peaceful and grateful for each moment. Best of health to all.
