  1. What a lovely family and a lovely thing to do together. Very special. Thank you for sharing, well done to your mum and happy birthday. Hugs

  2. This story is amazing! The Fully Raw lifestyle is amazing because I believe God created the world first starting out with us eating fruits and vegetables. Then people started to eat animals. Our bodies need and crave these fruits and vegetables. Our bodies respond negatively to meats and things like that, because it’s not what our bodies want truthfully, they want health. I’m 14 and I tried this lifestyle but my mom put it to a stop because it was too expensive to mix lifestyles. I felt great after one day! But sadly I could not continue on :(. Some day I will try to do this when I’m on my own. God bless you all! Love and Light

    • +Erika Nance you are very right. In the beginning we were supposed to eat fruits and vegetables. But when Eve ate the apple part of our first punishment towards man was bread. Then when God flooded the earth and told Noah our next punishment was meat. We were not supposed to eat breads and meat we were supposed to eat fruits and vegetables and herbs.

  3. I say this as a minister who has seen it in practice: The very thing in today’s western world that is tearing us apart from the inside out–for example, the junk food, the fast food, the empty, manufactured calories that fill our bellies but give us no health, and end up wrecking our health and relationships with it, this issue–food–can revolutionize our health and our relationships if its done the way we were designed to do it. Fully raw is exactly what was issued to us from all the way back to Eden–fruits, veggies, herbs, and seeds. When we engage this together, we are all healthier, better mood, and this feeds our relationships as we share together the experience and difference it makes. Great job Fully Raw Kristina!

    • We need more people to stand against the industry that has taken over what we eat for monetary reasons–we need to stand against MSG, GMO’s, refined sugars, additives/preservatives, and a whole host of other health destroying ingredients that are both addictive and destructive.

  4. This video inspired me to share a poem on children by Kahlil Gibran

Your children are not your children.
They are the sons and daughters of Life’s longing for itself.
They come through you but not from you,
And though they are with you yet they belong not to you.

You may give them your love but not your thoughts,
For they have their own thoughts.
You may house their bodies but not their souls,
For their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow,
which you cannot visit, not even in your dreams.
You may strive to be like them,
but seek not to make them like you.
For life goes not backward nor tarries with yesterday.

You are the bows from which your children
as living arrows are sent forth.
The archer sees the mark upon the path of the infinite,
and He bends you with His might
that His arrows may go swift and far.
    Let your bending in the archer’s hand be for gladness;
For even as He loves the arrow that flies,
so He loves also the bow that is stable.
