  2. Nice tutorial and hip opener tip, we have not tried this pose in my Ashtanga class. Will give it a try on my own. You are a very humble yogi to include the slip up in a pose, kudos to you! I would love to practice with you some day!

  3. I really enjoyed learning from this video. I was recently introduced to bhujapidasana by my yoga teacher however there was very little instruction so I was really struggling trying to figure out how to do this properly. Thank you Kino.

  4. Thank you so much for breaking this posture down. When I first tried it I fell straight on to my head, got stuck and had to be rescued by my boyfriend who found it highly amusing! Thank you so much I have now cracked this posture, I feel so much more confident!
