Kino….you are amazing….thank you 🙂
Kino you are my mentor. I been practicing yoga half year now. A lot posture looks so hard from me from beginning seems improving. Every videos you share makes me understand and learned more and more of yoga practice. Thank you so much.
+C Min Thanks! Keep practicing 🙂
all I could think about is how pretty her feet are , specially in those pants
I have encountered tears during meditation not knowing where they came from. I was so deep into my meditation that I believe I triggered my subconscious, allowing emotions I held in out of pride flow throughout my body. I didn’t feed the emotion in anyway, I stopped to wonder for a minute as to why I had tears, but quickly went back into a meditation state. I must say I felt free, relaxed, and calm throughout my whole body and mind. It was like I accepted everything that was going on, but within my self, without thinking about it. It is quite a remarkable feeling. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us all, Namaste.
+Naomi Ortiz That’s sounds like a deep and powerful meditation! Keep practicing 🙂
You have no idea how much this video helped me with my chronical depression. I started my yoga journey a few months ago and noticed a really strong improvement; my doctor has lowered my medication levels and I feel incredibly strong. Yoga has helped me stay on a calm state of mind and let the storm pass over me without making me anxious. I love your Yogi’s life series, they keep me so motivated to do the practice. I find myself going back to it over and over again. It makes me feel so full of life I could be practicing for hours 😀
I’m glad I found you, Kino. I seriously think this is the path I want to follow for the rest of my life. I still have a long way to go but I finally think I’m going on the right direction. Your seriously changed my life. Namaste 🙂
+Kiki Contreras That’s so awesome 🙂 Keep practicing!

+KinoYoga those feet don’t quit, u deserve all the oja’s u can get dripping off of them
Well said Kino, as a psychologist I think you hit on something so important, accepting your emotions, facing your emotions, and understanding your emotions. The key is to understand one thing, emotion is information for you to evaluate. The emotions are telling you that you do or do not like what is going on through a physical sensation. Remembering that there are two channels of information we evaluate, thought and emotion, emotions are irrational potentially valid information about something while thoughts are rational potentially valid information about something. Both are valuable in making decisions, both in the practice of Yoga and in the practice of life. Namaste Kino.
Your pants are perfect!
You’re the best
Besides the yoga practice, I’ve really neglected the yogi way of thinking lately and been feeling quite sad. I’m really thankful for this video, observing your feelings rather than fighting them is so much more helpful. Thank you for reminding me 🙂
