    • @T I don’t know what keto is but i was vegan for a few years then hospitalized and the food in the hospital gave me almost emergency room problems. 10 days. now I eat more things so that doesn’t happen again.

    • @Susan Doerr I was vegan too, only 6 months, never again. You can find so much information about keto…. For me it’s the best way to eat. Everyone has to try what’s best for them. All the best.

  1. He forgot the olives! Anchovies and the oil, chopped olives, dash of chili flakes, pinch of dried oregano, thyme, basil, minced garlic, fry it all off, bosh in a loads of passata and simmer. stir in pasta and a healthy shaving of parmesan.
